The resort-style campus will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care, and include upscale amenities such as a stocked fishing lake with walking trails, multiple landscaped courtyards with water features, movie theater, pharmacy and general store, beauty salons, libraries, rehabilitation center and much more. Residents will have access to housekeeping, transportation, laundry service and gourmet meals prepared in-house by executive chefs.
Ridgemere will feature 20 independent living cottages surrounding the stocked fishing lake, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom floorplans, with an average size of 1,485 square feet. Each unit will feature a private patio, attached two-car garage, high-end finishes, full-size washers and dryers, and kitchen, complete with a full appliance package.
Ridgemere will also feature 48 assisted living units and 24 memory care suites. Assisted living residents will be able to choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, each equipped with full-size refrigerators and microwaves, spacious walk-in closets, granite countertops and private patios in select units. The memory care wing will provide private and semi-private studio floorplans in a secure environment for those with Alzheimer’s or other memory related diseases.
