Abby Development to Build 280-Unit Apartment Community in Cleburne, TX

Abby Development has announced plans to develop a Class A, garden-style apartment community located in Cleburne, Texas. The 280-unit market rate community will feature best-in-class amenities including a resort-style pool with cabana lounging areas, outdoor kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge with party kitchen, and professional business center. Other amenities will include direct-access and detached garages, landscaped courtyards, and dog park.

The community will offer a mix of spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments equipped with natural stone countertops, wood style plank flooring, stainless steel appliance packages, high-end cabinetry, private outdoor patios/balconies, walk-in closets, and designer lighting throughout.

The site is situated within the Railhead master planned development in north Cleburne. Located at the convergence of multiple major thoroughfares, the property is less than a thirty-minute drive from downtown Fort Worth via the Chisholm Trail Parkway and less than an hour drive from downtown Dallas via U.S. Highway 67.

Financing for the apartment development is being provided by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage through the FHA 221(d)(4) mortgage insurance program from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
