Abby Development Sells 250-Unit Senior Living Community in Tyler, Texas
Abby Development, a Dallas-based owner, operator and developer of luxury senior living communities, has sold The Hamptons of Tyler. The 250-unit community includes independent living apartments and cottages, as well as assisted living and memory care. This sale is Abby Development’s fourth senior living disposition in East Texas over the last 12 months. The company’s current senior living development pipeline includes five projects across Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
